With 23 years racing and 10 years coaching elite endurance sport Rob has a program for you. As a 3-sport NCCP certified coach (Kayak / Track & Field / Triathlon) having aided athletes to junior national triathlon titles (A. Yorke and C. Hammond), national duathlon titles (L. Sanders), and helping others excel at the Ironman, Rob only has time for committed athletes.
Rob is a proud member of the Canadian Ultramarathon Team (ACU) and carries titles on the World Cup, National and Provincial stages in 5 endurance sports; quadrathlon, triathlon, kayaking, track & field and ultramarathon. Rob owns the #1 provincial rank and #2 national rank after a strong 2013 IAU World Championships in Wales. Rob thanks MONTRAIL and MEDIX COLLEGE in support of his Alpe D'Huez cycling goal and TTC athletes for their vicarious inspiration. Rob carries a small army, but expects mental fortitude from all seeking his professional coaching (see SERVICES). This lazer focus either bolsters athlete accountability enabling success or the athlete comes to the realization they are not ready.
